Lisa Kudrow says Sony execs need better advisers

NEW YORK, Dec. 15 (UPI) -- Lisa Kudrow weighed in on the recent hack on Sony Pictures' computer network during a visit to HuffPost Live on Friday and expressed disbelief at the candidness displayed in some of the leaked emails.

"How come I know you don't write anything you don't want broadcast in an email? How come I know that? Who's advising people?" Kudrow asked Roy Sekoff.

"It doesn't matter how many times [an email] says 'This is confidential, meant for just between the sender and the recipient,'" she said. "Why don't we know that there are no rules? Everything is broadcast and published. That's the part I just don't understand."

Sony Pictures has been making headlines on a daily basis ever since a group of hackers dubbed "Guardians of Peace" began releasing private information about actors and the company's executives, including their salaries and social security numbers.

Hackers have also released multiple email correspondences from Sony co-chairman Amy Pascal. Actors Angelina Jolie and Kevin Hart, director Aaron Sorkin and President Obama are just a few of the people who were insulted in the emails.

Pascal issued a public apology on Dec. 11 where she called the content of her emails "insensitive and inappropriate" and said it was "not a reflection" of who she is.

In the latest unload of hacked data, the "Guardians of Peace" said a "Christmas dump" of leaked information was to come.
