Palestinians Build A School Funded By US Aid
A Palestinian boy walks past construction workers renovating and building an extension to the girl's school in Al-Jabba, near Bethlehem, West Bank, which is funded by USAid, United States Agency for International Development, January 23, 2019. The $1.4 million dollar project will be terminated at the end of January because U.S. President Donald Trump's administration will stop funding Palestinian projects and also because Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah has stated that the Palestinian Authority will cease accepting funding from America. The school will be unusable for the 250 girl students who attend the school. Photo by Debbie Hill /UPI
